Afternoon Workshop 2:00 - 3:30 p.m.

Understanding the motivation of your volunteers is the best way to retain them and ensure they have a positive experience. Using the McClelland and Atkinson model we will work through a short activity to give insight into our own motivation as well as learn how best to work with other motivational preferences. Walk away with great info to utilize when you recruit, train, communicate with, and recognize your volunteers.
