Minnesota Businesses Supporting Mentoring
The Mentoring Partnership of Minnesota (MPM) collaborates with the Minnesota Business Partnership (MBP), a member-based organization that represents CEO's leading 110 of Minnesota's largest employees, through a partnership called the MBP Connections.  The goal to increase the number of Minnesota youth involved in positive mentoring relationships with employees of MBP member companies and the broader business community. The program, established in 1996, has grown from an initial pilot project involving six MBP member companies to an initiative that now includes 70 companies with at least 9,500 employees reaching more than 27,000 young people across Minnesota.
