MPM's K-12 Journey Map - This online tool is Minnesota's first interactive outline mapping major milestones for youth as they prepare for post-secondary education.  The map includes links to resources that support the milestones, from taking a career interst finder to finding ways to pay for college.  The Mentoring Partnership of Minnesota's (MPM) K-12 Journey Map is sponsored by GE and the University of Minnesota.
Target ages: K-12 students, especially middle and high school students

KnowHow2Go - The KnowHow2Go website is full of interactive resources specifically designed for mentors and their mentees, based around the site's "4 Steps to College:" 1) Be a pain, 2) Push yourself, 3) Find the right fit, and 4) Put your hands on some cash.

What We Do Guidebook - This guidebook is the first of its kind and highlights more than 225 colleges and universities that offer college access and retention programs for first-generation, low-income and minority college-bound students. The resource also includes information, articles and stories to help underserved college-bound students plan and take the necessary steps to go to college.

College.Gov - College.gov was created by the U.S. Department of Education in collaboration with students. This site is intended to be the go-to source for information and resources about planning, preparing and paying for postsecondary education (such as 2- or 4-year colleges and universities, and vocational or career schools).

ISeek - The Internet System for Education and Employment Knowledge, ISEEK, is a web-based gateway to Minnesota career, education, employment and business development information and services.

Career Cornerstone Center -  The Sloan Career Cornerstone Center is an ever-expanding resource center for anyone interested in exploring career opportunities in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, computing, and medicine.
